Round Lake Syndicate Wrestling (RLSW) is a backyard wrestling federation which premiered in 2006 based in Round Lake, New York. With many name switches, RLSW has been consistently changing to find their place as a backyard organization, beginning with the use of a trampoline before wrestling inside a ring and now contemporarily a base.
They are known to be one of very few backyard wrestling federations with a visual budget in their product, financing a fancy entrance way as well as professional wrestling gear. Weekly RLSW Strive episodes are taped and as of 2009, started airing over NEBYW.com and also present monthly free per views such as RLSW Malfunction, RLSW Round Lake Rumble, RLSW Last Stand and RLSW No Remorse.

History
Originally the Round Lake School of Wrestling, RLSW then changed in the fall of 2006 to People's Technical Wrestling. PTW was ever drastically changing with something new almost every month. They began performing using a trampoline like most federations back in the timeframe before building posts and ropes around it. Soon, RLSW realized they could construct a wrestling ring and having an approach in mind to tackle technical wrestling, altered to Professional Technical Wrestling. The ring was for temporary implementation and was too dilapidated for usage as it rather quite resembled a base.
In June 2007, they came full force with a 15 by 15 professional ring and financed a steel cage and barricade. Around their one year anniversary, they built a visually extravagant expansive entrance stage with a ramp and complete paint job. In February 2008, full length one-hour episodes of Strive incepted to be produced online with PTW taking a weekly schedule leading every three weeks to a free per view.
On February 13, 2008, management within decided that the name Professional Technical Wrestling was unbefitting and thus, switched back to RLSW, but this time, as Round Lake Syndicate Wrestling. Also, RLSW gradually invested in a base. Later in the year, a highly successful interpromotional supershow also known as their flagship event RLSW No Remorse 3 was held inviting many different wrestlers from federations located in New York, Kentucky, and Connecticut and launched RLSW forward as the event officially became one of the most anticipated spectacles in backyard wrestling.
