The Pen Name (or TPN) is a Canadian-American backyard wrestler involved with Indiana-based federation, Indiana Championship Wrestling, where he is the current GBYWN United States Heavyweight Champion.
The character of TPN is heavily influenced off of his favorite professional wrestler, Jeff Hardy which quickly became more fuelled by Edge. Biography
With his character influenced by former WWE star, Jeff Jardy, The Pen Name joined Kids Championship Wrestling (now Indiana Championship Wrestling) on July 24, 2007 edition of KCW Xplosion prevailing over Freak Show for the KCW Hardcore Championship. At KCW Pride and Honor 2007, The Pen Name, who wrestled in three separate championship matches, essentially competed as a mystery opponent in a Triple Threat match defeating Illusion and Magic Man to capture the KCW Television Championship, in the process establishing himself as a double champion, although, after controversially defending his Hardcore Championship the same day in a Four Way Hardcore match, it led to a conflict with Abdul Kareem Al-Islam due to sharing the victory and championship.
At KCW Vortex when TPN, Devooo and Al-Islam were competing in a Triple Threat for the Hardcore Title, Tank, because of 24/7 ruling of the belt, made a swift move in coming out and pinning TPN to win the title. During the same show, TPN received his unavailing chance for the KCW Undisputed Championship in a Fatal Four Way with champion Illusion, Al-Islam and Devooo, who had won.
