First off, would you be so kind as to please remove our manufacting company's logo. However, you, as well as Wikipedia, now find yourselves in violation of Digital Millenium Copyright Act, as well as The Trademark Act. I asked for 1 reason, why it should involve Wikipedia in this $24 million lawsuit. If you refused to remove our company logo, then we will have no choice but to shut down your site. As far as we are concerned, there is nothing further to settle. We changed our Wiki Digital's End-User Licence Agreement to encourage fair use and to not sue anyone in the near future. If you refused to comply, then be assured that you will be arrested and imprisioned indefinitely.
