Season Three of Taylor Media's Shin Chan and The California Stimps premiered on November 12, 2007. Although the third season was ordered for broadcast, the show is currently airing in late-night syndication on October 8, 2008 in a radical restructuring of Anime National's primetime block. The final five episodes of the series were aired on The Crayon Channel.
Taylor Media has indicated that it's possible that Crayon Films will produce a fourth season of the series airing on Anivision, although there has not been official confirmation that the series is on hiatus. However, the series was renewed again to be broadcasted on Anime National's primetime block for its final fourth season. Crayon Films has suggested that future movies may be produced, even if they are aired on Animovie, ON-ANIME, or The Crayon Channel.
