I slept late this lovely morning & after breakfast, skint my finger trying to crank an old Arthur S. Young Co. Ford.

Davie Shirk came & took me to the garage & gave me a couple demonstrations. I got my car out of repairment again & it's as good as new - almost.

I went to work at noon. I had lunch for supper and worked on into the night. I did some chopping and entertained visitors and was fairly busy on up until midnight.
