We got up, same as we always have to do. After breakfast I waited for Groffie till I thought he had forgotten me & then started to meet him & he came then, immediately.

We didn't expect to find much work to do at the mill but it happened we were kept extra busy all day. I happened to get a trip out with Morris one time.

After supper & after cleaning up and dressing I took my Chevy to the garage on the way to a C.E. County Chorus social at the U.B. Church. The thing was a success and everyone had a very good time, I think.
