HB Journal for Sep 25, 1940

The baby slept well last night but we had a couple cloudbursts and thundershowers wakenend us.

It really rained this forenoon. The water was so high in places that the roads were impassable.

We were pretty busy considering the weather. We used lights all day.

After supper I cleaned up & went to Prayer Meeting at Browns. Not many were there but it was prayer meeting.

We just sat around then at home and listened to the radio and stuff.
