HB Journal for Oct 27, 1939

Today Dick was with us again for a change. Potato handling and flour handling are both at a standstill.

After supper I spent quite some time bringing our personal bookwork up to date.

Sarah Y. & Romaine came over and discussed plans for the coming Halloween party of our C.E.

We had so much fun that we forgot to stay up and watch the eclypse of the moon. It was rainy & cloudy anyway.
