No hurry this morning was in my mind or thoughts or spirits and I was late, but not as far as the rest of the force was concerned for we are all working later.

It was a summer day in most respects - hot, humid, "sun shiny" and we sweated thru it.

After a big supper we washed up and went to Choir practice. It is becoming bearable to me but not to Jane, it seems. She blames it on personell but I positively deny it.

The moon is here again.
