HB Journal for Jul 7, 1940

From Brackbillwiki

It was surely a nice morning and a perfect day for anyone and everything.

We went to S.S. and to Church where Mr. Kaufman & his father served communion.

After Church we went to Aunt Mary & Uncle Ralph's & had a very swell and swelling chicken dinner.

About 4:30 we left & went over home where the C.E. was having a picnic meeting in the meadow. There were upwards of 40 there & we swam, played ball, boated, ate supper & then had a nice little service.
