HB Journal for Jul 6, 1940

I was awake real early again but didn't get up much ahead of time. I had breakfast.

We were all pretty busy down at work. I made a trip around to the banks and had to be home by 12.

Jane went to the Drs. right after dinner. I finished mowing the yard and worked in the garden till about 4:30. Then we dressed up.

We went to H.B. Keneagy's for supper--a Silver Seal demonstration. Everything was swell. The Whittakers & the Ryn__s & the Winters were there. We played Michigan Poker. Not a bad game.
