Now the day is over but when we arose this morning the day for us had just begun. I skipped off to work as usual but it was cleaning day for Jane.

We had a nice forenoon and got finished right at noon. After dinner I cleaned up my car and dug a few potatotes.

We went to Lancaster and shopped a little. After Supper Nancy & Mamma came to see us. Flossie & Ike came once and we spent a very lovely & enjoyable evening talking, joking, playing the piano, etc. They left at bed time - 10:00.
