Happy birthday to me! On this my twenty third happy birthday Jane and I got up earlier than usually on Sunday and made more preparations for the birthday dinner.

After Sunday School and Church we came home and the chicken had run out of our stove.

Youngs & Mother, Jan, Hersh & Jake were here for dinner & we had chicken & waffles.

After a very scant supper we went to C.E. & church. Church was well attended but the choir didn't sing.

Red and Arvella came down afterwards and we had fun.
