HB Journal for Feb 27, 1940

We got up just in time to hurry around & eat & get down to Groffies till he was ready to start.

It was cloudy this morning and soon started to snow, continuing until night.

Clyde was there again, helping us and still we were busy. We finished up on time.

After supper Romaine came and we sent her back after her radio. We sat and listened to it till ten oclock. Jane ironed much of the time and talked right along.

Now it's to bed, much in need of sleep.
