Groffie didn't go with me this morning but rather came by himself from Jones's.

We started with about one big order in the morning and were still working after dinner awhile. So it goes on Sat.

In the afternoon Jane went to Lancaster. I cleaned up & collected all money. Landed up at church at the Ladies Aid Chicken Supper. I helped wash or dry dishes & watched the ladies being eaten out of food entirely.

The moon was swell & we visited Red & Aravella afterwards.
