HB Journal for Oct 29, 1939

Sunday comes again and it is as hard to get up at eight oclock as six any other time.

The weather was nice & bright & cold - all day.

After an O.K. Sunday School & church service we went with Eunice & Val to Marg & Willis'. We had a swell big dinner & I overate slightly.

In the afternoon, beside playing with Darlene & listening to the radio we all went for a Blue Ford drive to a look out tower.

We skipped C.E. & Church & I think I sorta miss them.
