Perfect Day is the first episode of the fourth season of Ben 10. It features the return of many previous characters who have only been in one or two episodes.

Summary
Ben wakes up and believes he is having the perfect day; he saves some cheerleaders from Sixsix and Volcanus as Diamondhead, Grandpa Max makes food Ben considers edible, and unreleased games fall off a truck in front of him. However, while he is playing the game, another Grandpa and Gwen show up and take him into the RV and drive off. They try to explain to Ben that he was kidnapped by the Forever Knights, but a jeep appears and destroys the RV.
Lt. Steel (who was in the jeep) tells Ben that Grandpa and Gwen are Limax in the service of Vilgax. Ben then defeats Vilgax as Fourarms and places him in the Null Void. Gwen points out an error, and Fourarms deduces that Steel is lying. Steel is revealed to be Enoch, who warps Fourarms, Gwen, and Max to an alternate dimension. As Fourarms is about to battle Enoch, the Omnitrix times out and Ben runs away, but Enoch traps Ben, Gwen, and Max in Ben's school. Searching for an exit,they encounter Kevin Levin, who chases them.
The Tennysons duck into a room with a test on a computer. Gwen tries it, but tiles fall away. Ben then does it, revealing another door. Ben, Gwen, and Grandpa Max escape, but run into a mutated JT and Cash, who proceed to give Grandpa Max a wedgie. Ben tries to go Heatblast to stop them, but gets stuck as Grey Matter. He and Gwen proceed to thwart the bullies, and Grey Matter deduces that Enoch hid the exit in Ben's gym locker. Cornered with Enoch, Kevin, and Sixsix on one side and JT and Cash on the other, Ben takes control of the dream and escapes. He attacks the Forever Knights as XLR8 and traps Enoch in the dream machine.
