Cersei Lannister

Queen Cersei of House Lannister is the daughter of Tywin Lannister, Lord of Casterly Rock and Lady Joanna. Ser Jaime is her twin brother. She is married to Robert I of House Baratheon, King of the Seven Kingdoms. They have three children, Prince Joffrey, Princess Myrcella and Prince Tommen.
Her mother died in childbed.
290 AL Her second son Tommen was born.
After the sudden death of the Hand of the King, Jon Arryn, Lord of the Eyrie Tywin Lannister, Lord of Casterly Rock accepted to take Robert Arryn, Lord of the Eyrie as his ward, but was refused by Lady Lysa. She and Robert then left King's Landing in the middle of the night without a word. Cersei was furious.
King Robert decided to travel north with the royal family to see Eddard Stark, Lord of Winterfell.
King Robert arrived at Winterfell. Joffrey was among the three hundred travelling with him along with Queen Cersei, Prince Joffrey Baratheon, Princess Myrcella Baratheon, Prince Tommen Baratheon, Ser Jaime Lannister, two other knights of the Kingsguard, Tyrion Lannister and Sandor Clegane. Cersei and her younger children had travelled there in a wheelhouse. They were met at the gates by Eddard Stark, Lord of Winterfell, his wife Lady Catelyn and their children, Robb, Sansa, Arya, Brandon and Rickon. On Robert's request he and Eddard left the others and went down to the crypt. Robert offered Eddard to betroth Sansa to Joffrey.
