Who is this Admin chap?

Publius Nonius Severus has done, is doing, and shall continue to do excellent work on my behalf. New as he is, his services have already become vital to the performance of my duties. He's way more organized that I am; he has rapidly become my External Brain. I see myself calling upon him often in future. Therefore, I am appointing him my accensus.
