Noctorious Drake ("Noct") is a wandering mercenary from Fisher Continent. He came to Kamleon Continent in search of his sister, Twyla. He has been doing odd-jobs and establishing rapport with the city while looking for his sister, recently becoming caught up in Centrian politics and doing some rescuing things and generally hanging out and keepin' it real.
Noct puts on a very happy front, easy going, goofy, flamboyant and carefree. Despite his air-headed appearance, he does actually have some activity upstairs. Noct is incredibly good at reading people (he's one of the only people who can read Aroshi) and thus very good at making friends. He's also got a fickle and wandering heart (and eyes), usually having a handful of crushes at any given time.

- Noct swears ONLY if he's very, very, VERY mad. Otherwise he tends towards darn, heck, and friggin. This doesn't mean he is offended by other people swearing.

- Noct comes from a family of horsemasters, and is incredibly good with horses.

Noct has huge scars up and down his back, remainders of multiple and constant whippings over a span of several years from his childhood. Not many people have seen them, as he is very careful about keeping his back covered. Noct won't go swimming, get naked, or whatever, if he can help it.

Noct has the pink gypsy Majik of Fisher continent, which means he can teleport and do other trickery types of majik. Noct's teleportation majik is actually really strong; he can teleport anywhere he can remember or can see (or anywhere his enchanted coins are). Unfortunately he has no idea of the extent of his abilities because he has no one to compare it with (most gypsies can only teleport short distances to places they can see).

Noct often enchants coins with pink majik (giving them a red hue) and gives them to people. The coins have the ability to teleport their user to Noct, or to allow Noct to know where the coin is so he can teleport there. He can also tell when the coins have hit the ground... and the coins can be used as a simple summons, like a pager.

Noct knows practically everyone, including most people on World as well as Julian Christopher and Eliot McKenneth.
