Normally, I wouldn't have a problem with Darrich being a High Councilman. However, the Koopa Kingdom joined MUCH later than everyone else (mainly because Mack said so when he controlled the Koopa Kingdom and conflicts with the rest of the factions). And plus the Council is not a military-specific branch. Darrich was a general, and SWDF founder. The Council came later to oversee general interplanetary affairs.
