The hypno beam is a powerful device with the ability to hypnotize almost anyone easily. There has been varying versions of the hypno beam, some more powerful than others, and have appeared in Hachacha, The Yoshi Bodyguards, and Topmonhit's Comics. Despite what some people may suspect, Topmonhit's reason for bringing it into the RPs is that he thinks it's cool and whatnot. In recent times, however, its usage has gone down quite a bit. Since it was mostly used for evil, the Galactic Federation and some nations banned it from civilian use and it is only sold in the black market, a villain's most frequent place to shop for sinister products and illegel weapons. It's occasionally found on Ebay, too. It never works on powerful magical people and some powerful psychics unless powered by something like a Chaos Emerald.
