Justice League Europe

A spin-off of the popular mid-80's-early-90's Justice League title, Justice League International (which was renamed to Justice League America following the creation of the Europe league), Justice League Europe is notable for actually using the "International" idea instead of just having it as an excuse to send the Justice League all over the globe.

The JLE was originally situated in Paris, France. However, of the teams members at the time (Captain Atom, Power Girl, Wally West, Rocket Red #4, Ralph Dibny, Animal Man, and Metamorpho), only Rocket Red was not an American and only he and Ralph actually spoke any French. Wonder Woman was supposed to be a member, but turned out to be far too busy in her own title to ever actually appear more than once or twice within the pages of JLE. If only this could apply to Wolverine or Batman. This was sort of fixed a little bit by the introduction of the Crimson Fox to the team later, and eventually the team moved to the embassy in London, anyway.
