Power Girl is not famous (or infamous) for her powers or her heroic deeds, but rather for the immense size of her breasts, and the fact that the cleavage this means is continually displayed in a "window" of sorts through her costume.
The size of her breasts is attributed by popular rumour to Power Girl's original inker, who claimed he would draw them larger and larger every comic, but he left the book before anything could come of this and future artists were slightly more restrained.
She was a member of the Justice League Europe. Is currently Chairwoman of the Justice Society of America.
