Ability Suppression

Description: The ability to suppress abilities permanently, or for a set amount of time
Category: Neurokinetic Abilities

This ability works by creating a subconcious mental barrier around the part of the brain which controls abilities, the Frontal Lobe.

[edit] Limits

This ability, unlike Ability Negation probably recquires some amount of willpower and concentration to use, which may be to much for an inexpierenced user.
