This is the EPA website, it tells what Ecological Risks are, and how they could be harmful to our wildlife. It also tells how they measure the risks and their conclusions.

This defines Bioaccumulation as a build up of chemicals in an organism. The site gives an in depth definitions as well as other sites to consult for further explination.

This is a site constructed by doctors that is specifically about Emerging diseases and their effect on the world. If you open the page it looks a little funny at first but if you scroll down the information is there.


Pollution

This is a really neat site. You enter your zip code and it gives you a very detailed report on the pollution where you live. This includes what causes the pollution, where it is the worst, as well as a compairason to other cities around you.

This site tells the difference in bilogical magnification and bioaccumulation. The site gives examples, as well as a chart of different chemicals that would be harmful, or studied in this matter.


Carcinogen

A Carcinogen is something that causes cancer. The site gives additional information of carcinogen also, such as, that it is a matter that cannot be tested on humans because to deliberatly cause cancer to prove something would be unethical.
