The National Family Planning Program: Title X because it's the only proven program to work. The EPICC Act seems to be working but not every state requires it.

B) They say that overpopulation is a going to be a bad factor in the future the way it's going now and it will lead to disease spreading rapidly, global disasters will be more devastating, etc. They want to set better standards of living by giving women access to reproductive healthcare. 1,They also say they don't want to make one part of the world better off by making another part worse.
