The article point of view deals with whether rebuilding of homes after hurricanes should be done on the coastal regions that are vunerable. Many people of today's society in America do not care about natural disaters and they have a ignorant atttitude that it won't happen here. But mostly money matters controls whether building will tack place. Since there is a high demand and big business for real estate many people are concern only with making money. The welfare for fellow Americans does not matter. Therefore we have no ethics in this control because making money is more important than the welfare of people.

The article deals with the desperate need for China to come up with new technologies in order to keep a diverse sources of energy. The resource of energy is needed to ensure adequate, sustainable power for its booming economy. China is trying to focus on enhancing energy efficiency, reducing pollution and promoting use of renewable energy, such as wind and solar power in their environment. China is trying to focusing on reducing waste and improving the safety and security of its own energy-related industries. China is trying to make changes before the environment they live in become unbearable to live. Therefore the ethics of the country are prioritized around the well-being of its environment, while still managing to make money also. This is just an example that you can still make money and do what is right to help maintain the environment.
