Genkou Kanrara

Kanrara Genkou '(??, Genkou Kanrara) is an NPC from the Bleach RP. Currently Kanrara is the Vice-captain of the 6th Division, under Kuchiki Byakuya. The Genkou family is one of the noble houses of Soul Society, and it is assumed that is how he got that position. He was formerly the vice-captain of the 3rd Division, but was removed (with gusto) from his position by Kochi.

He looks the pat of the noble house he's from. he wears the normal Shinigami uniform, but wears a vest over it similar to the type the Captains wear, except it's navy blue. It bears the seal of the Genkou house on the back. He has black hair that is short and very neatly groomed. His eyes are also black.

ZanpakutÅ
Kanrara's Zanpakuto is "Hyoburakku" (Black Ice). In its sealed form, it looks like a normal katana with a dark cobalt-steel colored hilt. Nothing is known of his sword's avatar.
Shikai
Hyoburakku's activation phrase is "Kogoeshinu!" ("Freeze (them) to death!"). In its shikai, Hyoburakku looks the same, except frost appears to form on the blade, and it is ice-cold to the touch. It has the power to freeze anything it cuts. Against a living opponent, it only freezes the part of the body that it cuts, but two inches of ice on your extremities aren't exactly helpful.
Bankai
It is not believed that Kanrara has achieved his final release.

Genkou Kanrara sat in a bar in the inner areas of Seiretei. "Damn you, Kochi. You'll rue the day you crossed the Kanrara family. I earned that spot, fair and square. How dare you go against all my family does for me!"
Teisho sat in the seat next to him. "Oh, shaddup, ya frissy git. You got knocked out by a captain, I got showed up by some friggin kid. 'N then I got whacked by some big drunken oaf, twice!"
Ash, who was sitting on the seat next to Teisho, calmly backhanded Teisho, knocking him backwards off the seat and onto the floor. He was unconscious before he landed. "I'm not an oaf." Ash downed his third bottle of rum in the past hour. Then he pulled a bottle of whiskey out of his robe, cracked it open and drank half of it in the first gulp.
Kanrara blinked at Ash, eyes wide. He then quietly finished his drink and left.
