You come across a strange shop

In the windows are weird clocks and watches, with features you can't begin to understand. The strange thing is, you are sure that this shop wasn't here the other day. It was like it came out of nowhere. Intrigued, you step into the store. A man with wild hair comes out of the back.
"Ah, Zane! Good to see you!" he says cheerfully.
"Umm...how do you know my name?"
"Oh..." he looks slightly confused. "Hmm, I guess this is the first time. Always getting here and then mixed up. Well, at least that gets introductions out of the way! Now, my name is Al, and I have a deal for you."
"A...deal?"
"Why yes, my boy! See, I don't sell normal watches. No, these are special watches. They travel in time. I know, you don't believe me, but watch this."
Putting on a watch, Al presses a button and is gone. He suddenly reappears. With...yourself!
"Hey, yes it's really me...you...us." Other You says, "just listen to this guy, okay?" And with a short flash, Other You was gone.
"See? So, my deal. I am going to give you a watch of your choice, in return for a small favor."
"And that would be?"
"OK, so in time there tends to be temporal shifting points where things can go two ways. Points that affect a lot of the outcome of the universe. There happened to be one of these today. When you walked in here. You are a very special person. Your offspring are strong, smart, and honorable. We need people like that, all through history, so I'm asking you to do as much breeding as you can. Can you do it?"
