The goblin brings her to you, her hands cuffed and her head down.
"Her name's Yukn. She was brought in by some associates. As you can see, she's... secondhand." You are handed a small key. "These are for her cuffs. You can use her here and now, if you like, assuming you don't touch any of the other slaves."
You could always rent an inn room in the city, but that's a far hike. Freeing her would also be an option, but you can't do it here and now. Of course, you could just take her straight away...
