We are the Unown, of course.
They continue explaining themselves, echoing the things you are suddenly ‘remembering’ about them.
We are, in lay-man’s terms, the ‘Guardians of Life.’ We exist in the place outside of time and existence and keep things running smoothly so you Mortals can enjoy your short lives. We are the ones whom, basically, ‘controls’ destiny. We sometimes influence people’s thoughts and actions to keep things running smoothly.
Hearing your distant question, they answer.
We don’t control everything, but sometimes bad things must happen. It keeps the Balance preserved. If the Balance becomes unbalanced for too long, then time would stop, which is a major pain in the… to fix. So, We stay on top of things and keep things moving forward.
