You attempt to reverse the normal course of vomiting. Unfortunately, your vomit does not cooperate. Some of it flows into your lungs. You choke and sink under the water. Sinking does wash the vomit and piss off of you, but it also sends water rushing into your lungs.

You drown with your vomit floating on the surface above you.
