Try to move about to help any survivors

You try to move and a searing pain tears threw you. You glance down and you see your leg has a twisted piece of metal in it. "Hello! Is anyone out there?", you hopelessly call out. You look at your leg again. This is going to hurt like hell, you think. You grab it and wiggle it slightly. It's a few seconds before you can see through the pain. Grabbing the metal again you yank upwards. You weren't awake long enough to see if it came out.
