You lift your right foot, angling the bottom of the shoe towards him a bit, then bend down some to gesture at a hole in the sole of the shoe. "Besides, between the holes, and how they flop around, it keeps my feet cool, even on hot days."
Your motions have the intended effect of causing one of your breasts to pop free of your blouse. He nods his understanding of what you're saying, then notices your exposed breast. The bulge in his pants grows a bit.
You absently tuck your breast away, saying, "Oops. I've had this blouse a pretty long time, too. It's definitely a bit small." Inside, though, you're nervous, but can't place why. You're definitely excited, too, and the conflicting emotions raise your libido considerably.
He looks awkwardly at your feet, again. It looks a bit like he's screwing up his courage.
