So, honestly, I always thought it was illegal to wear no panties under your skirt if there is substantial risk of the vagina being seen. But, after checking around, I cannot actually find anything that says it is a crime. Does anyone happen to know? Not saying it has stopped me from wearing a short skirt with no panties, and people seeing me, just saying I was always very careful. Do I have to be less careful in the future? I guess I will write this one like it is not a crime as long as there is no exposure on purpose, or lewd conduct. --Dirty Me 05:31, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
