The highway is worse than you imagined. From the looks of the amount of bumper to bumper abandoned cars, you guess there must have been some sort of mass exodus, some form of evacuation that you missed while asleep. You turn the car down the shoulder to creep along past the cars, and even through the rain you can still see a few bodies left behind, sitting upright in their cars, inside windows splattered with blood.
You try not to think too much about it as you drive along, nearing the exit toward the hospital. As you look at up at the sign that designates the exit, you see something scrawled across it in thick spray paint:
"Evacuate to the Stadium. Military presence. Protection."
It must be in reference to the local universities football stadium. You aren't sure if that's where these cars where trying to go or not, but it could be just as over-run as anywhere else.
So, do you continue down the highway to head for the stadium, or exit for the hospital?
