Take the hat out of the Port-o-John

You're not sure what to do with a hat that has feet sticking out of it, but you do know that there are better places to be than inside a Port-o-John. You step out, hat in hand.
You don't get far because a pretty blonde park ranger steps in front of you.
"What is that?" she asks. "I've never seen a hat with feet before!"
She tickles one of Penny's soles. Penny curls her toes and you hear laughter from somewhere inside the hat.
"That's so cute!" the ranger says. "Tickle, tickle!"
