he has on a party hat. he has a blowout party noise maker in his mouth that holds his lips parted to reveal massive front teeth. he has a white wife beater on too, with a large pin over his heart of a gold star in a red background.
he puts down onto the counter a package of balloons and a roll of red streamer. his lips close around the mouthpiece as he toots his noise maker once. the end unrolls as it fills with air and you can see the man bob slightly as a result of the lung pressure.
