Shoot Bethany with your shotgun

Acting on pure instinct, you take quick but expert aim with your shotgun and pull the trigger. Bethany's body jerks and spasms as a gaping hole appears in her chest, then collapses to the snow. At the sound, Mike whirls, aiming his submachine gun.

John climbs to his feet, hurrying towards you. "Thank you. You saved my life," he says. "I don't know how it happened, but she just went crazy. She killed everyone else at the camp. I tried to escape, but she caught me. If you hadn't shown up when you did..."

"We're just glad you're all right," says Mike. "Come on, let's get you back to camp. Maybe we can call the plane back before the st..."

Suddenly, John's eyes turn a bright, glowing red. As you and Mike stare in horror, the thing that was John transforms into a large, hideous-looking blue alien with powerful muscles and razor-sharp teeth and claws. You and Mike both open fire, but neither the machine gun bullets nor the shotgun slugs can stop the monster from lashing out with its claws. You feel a horrific pain in your gut and look down. Your intestines are now lying in a bloody pile on the snow. Out of the corner of your eye, you see blood spraying from Mike's slashed throat.

The monster attacks with its claws again, finding your heart this time and putting you out of your misery.
