R: "When can I decide who should leave?"

"Already?" The voice answers, "You can decide when I say you can decide, and you can decide later. So for now, acclimatize with your surroundings. You'll probably be staying there for a while."
Great, it seems that you may be staying here for a while. Well, you might as well do as the voice says and take a look around. It is practically empty, the only items that are in the room are a door, a light that is placed on the ceiling, the walkie talkie, the 'hidden' camera, and you. Nothing else. You begin to wonder where you are, your memory seems only to remember the places you have been, but not who you went there with, rather strange. There seems to be no noise coming from the outside world, perhaps you are underground, or maybe you might be in a remote area. Who knows.
After an hour of aimlessly trying to remember who you are, you begin to hear shouts from the other side of the wall in which the door is located. That must be one of the other people who were also kidnapped and stuck in this hellhole. The voice of the person is very low, most likely a male, he seems very angry, you can't blame him though, you know what he is going through at the moment and it is terrible.
The walkie talkie once again blurts out another transmission from the voice.
"Sorry about the ruckus going on near you," He says apologetically, "The other guy just found out that he cannot choose who gets to leave, and now he's emotionally broken. Don't know why, since you get to decide-. Oh wait, that's right, you don't remember him. Now I see why he's acting like that."
After hearing what the voice just said, it seems that you and that other person were very close. Maybe you should ask about him.
