Pray for demonic intervention (Fantasy Creatures)
From Create Your Own Story
You've been virtuous all your life, yet this is where life has brought you? You're rewarded with an incoming loveless marriage and endless tedium? Well, if being virtuous has brought you to such a fate, then virtue be damned. You're going to grab your destiny by the balls, by any means necessary. If that means seeking out the aid of a demon, then so be it. You've read arcane books, occult writings. You know how to summon demons, and you're damn well going to do it.
You get up and move to your nightstand. You take out a sheet of paper, and some scissors. You move to your desk, and set them both down. You pick up your quill, dip it in your inkwell, then begin to draw one of the occult markings you remember seeing in a book once. You don't remember what type of demon it represents, but you decide to take your chances. You scratch at your wrist with the scissors, until a drop of blood falls on the paper. You take a fresh quill, then dip it in your blood drop. You trace over the occult marking, reddening it. Once done, you get back up and find a box of matches. You sit on your bed with the paper in one hand and a lit match in the other. You burn the corner, and watch the fire spread across the paper. It makes red smoke. The smoke thickens and grows. It begins to form a body, humanoid in shape and floating in the air.
It's working!
The creature begins to take form. It's a feminine shape, buxom and voluptuous. Its skin is a blackish-red. It has horns and black hair. It has a black tail, long and thin, with a spade-shaped head. It's wearing nothing at all, showing every inch of itself. Once it's formation is complete, its feet find the ground.
With a naked demon now in your room, your eyes go wide and your cheeks flush red. It observes you closely, bringing its face right up to yours. It's a little intimidating, to be honest.
It looks around your room, then looks back at you.
"You summoned me?" it asks.
You nod.
"Why?" it then asks.
"I need your help, escaping an engagement, my engagement."
The demon smiles sinisterly.
"I can certainly help with that," it says. "But, sweetie, things cost things. What are you offering?"
How do you answer?
