Place a call to the Dean's Office

You nod and pick up the phone. You call the Dean's office and ask to speak to someone in HR. An HR person comes on the line.
"This is Professor Foster," you say. "I have two young ladies in my office, Brandy and Michelle, who have a very serious accusation to make against my graduate assistant, Nathan. Please send two people over here at once."
"They'll arrive in 10 minutes," is the curt response.
"We have a 10-minute wait for HR to arrive," you tell the girls. "Let's use the time by studying."
10 minutes isn't a lot of time, but you manage to answer a couple of questions from each of them. The HR people arrive.
"What is the nature of the accusation?" asks one of the HR people.
"Sexual harassment," you reply.
"Very well," replies the other HR person. "Brandy, Michelle, come with us. We will query you separately about these allegations."
The next day, you learn that an investigation has been opened into Nathan's conduct. Brandy returns to your office in the afternoon.
"Thank you for taking me seriously, Professor," she says.
"I can't just sweep something like this under the rug," you respond. "I wasn't there, so I don't know what happened, but all accusations of conduct that unethical must be properly investigated. Now, about your grades. One of my students from last semester, Stephanie, has agreed to tutor you." You hand over a sheet with Stephanie's contact information. "By the way, if you or any of your family knows any single middle-aged ladies who would be interested in dating a philosophy professor, have them contact me."
Brandy giggles, and a representative from HR walks into your office. "Brandy was wearing a wire just now, Professor," the HR rep states. "You passed the test. And we need to re-interview her now. Come, Brandy."
A couple of days later, there are two messages in your inbox from single ladies, friends of Brandy's mom. They both live in the area. Malinda is 43, her hair clearly dyed a very platinum blonde, tall and slim. Carol-Ann is 41, her hair black with a few strands of gray, short and slightly chunky. They both work as secretaries, for two of the local businesses.
