Order for the queen to be publicly whipped

"Whipped" the queen asks.
"Yes, whipped" you say, "you've seen this kind of thing before?"
"Yes, sometimes I have to deal with some pettier crimes" she says.
"Well, I need to know you will always obey me" he explain, "if you submit to the sting of the lash and your own subjects allow it, I will know you are all loyal and won't have to burn you all"
"Very well" the queen reluctantly replies, "I will submit to the lash"
This is gonna hurt. The queen moves to the whipping post, followed by the crowd. Some are shocked, they never thought they would ever see their own queen take a whipping. Others are thrilled to see such a thing.
The queen stands between the two whipping posts.
"Are you sure, you want to do this?" an advisor asks the queen.
"If it is to protect my people, then I have no choice" she answers, "tie me between the posts"
The queen is tied between the posts by her wrists.
