Kate tries to get out of the building

Somehow making it down the stairs and out the front of the building without Brian catching her she runs towards the only people around, a young couple sharing a cigarette & waiting for the bus at the nearby campus shuttle stop. Brian is no-where to be seen, he must not have chased her past the front doors.
Kate's legs collapse under her as she reaches them falling to her knees and pitching forward. Dropping his cigarette the man catches her preventing a face-plant on the dirty concrete sidewalk. "Woah, are you okay he asks?" Then noticing the blood from her feet, he yells "Shit Mandy she's bleeding call 911!".
Kate is having a panic attack. The world seems to be at the end of a tunnel, and she can't breath gasping for breath she curls up into a ball with Charles's strong hands holding her. Mandy calls for help, and a few minutes later an ambulance arrives. The paramedics load her onto a stretcher and she gives into the pain passing out.
