When Jadzia oriented herself in the dark, she heard sound from one of the barely visible paths between the containers.
"Is anyone there?" she asked, trying to identify the thing in the dark.
There was no answer, but no other sound. She moved in the general direction of the console but she was constantly running into tanks or something else. Finally, she had reached the last row of containers and had believed she had found the console.
