Girl Scout Camp/Put your hand on Yuriko's shoulder

“Shall we get going?” you say as you casually put your hand on her shoulder.
You can feel her stiffen up like a board when she feels your hand on her shoulder. You continue to rest your hand there and gently push her forward. After a few steps, she grows accustomed to the contact and is walking more normally. You start chit-chatting as you head down the trail.
The path winds through the woods and reaches a steep section. You have to disengage your hand from Yuriko so you can both scramble up the hill. At the top is an overlook where you can see for miles in the distance looking out over the treetops of the dense forest below you.
You stand next to Yuriko and put your hand around her shoulder again. She seems lost in thought as she takes in the view.
