Find the Navy's tailor

Since Drakesport is a military port, the Navy's tailor always has plenty of work. His workshop is a fairly large building, with more than a dozen apprentices working at various machines. The tailor himself is a thin, balding man with watery eyes and gold-rimmed glasses. He seems rather nervous when he sees you and four of your men enter the room, carrying swords and pistols.
"What can I do for you, good sirs?" he inquires.
"We need five Navy uniforms," you answer.
"I... I trust you have a document signed by your commander?"
You and your men glance at each other. "What for?" you ask the tailor.
"Well," explains the tailor, "I don't make Navy uniforms for just anyone who enters my shop. We can't allow pirates or outlaws to buy uniforms and impersonate Navy officers, can we?"
"Better do as we say if you want to see your family again."
