You turn your head and try to get your mother's attention. Julianne is looking out of the window and doesn't notice. She must be too busy thinking about the check-in for the flight and all the hassle that comes with it. You don't want to disrupt her strain of thoughts, so you just grab the net on the back of the driver's seat with both hands. Finally you're not thrown around anymore, and you can overlook the fact that your dress isn't properly arranged. The cab drive isn't going to land on your top five list for cab drives, but at least the cab reaches the airport with all the passengers alive.
