Downfall/Day 2WJ CTJ 2-0-0

From Create Your Own Story

You wake up with a dull pain in your head, pulsating to the beat of your heart. With your eyes still closed, you feel your forehead for what you expect to be a bump the size of a coconut, but all you feel is a band-aid. The bump beneath the plaster is considerably smaller than you expected; the cold compress your mother applied must have prevented the haematoma to grow.

You sit up, feeling quite dizzy. You swing your legs over the edge of the bed. For one moment, you feel like you are going to black out. Instinctively, you bow forward.
